1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IngressWard ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

IngressWard is a software-as-a-service platform providing AI prompt filtering, normalization, and content moderation capabilities.

2. Description of Service

IngressWard provides automated tools designed to analyze, normalize, and filter user-submitted prompts and content for safety, policy compliance, and abuse prevention.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.

You may not:

• Share API keys publicly.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits.
• Use the Service for illegal or malicious purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use IngressWard to:

• Facilitate illegal activity
• Generate or distribute malware
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or exploitation
• Circumvent safeguards or abuse detection mechanisms
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5.1. Prohibited Use – Political Suppression

You may not use the Service to suppress, censor, or target lawful political expression, civic participation, or political viewpoints, including but not limited to voter suppression, targeted political harassment, or coordinated political censorship. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. AI & Content Disclaimer

IngressWard does not generate content. It analyzes and filters content provided by you or your users.

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the content you submit through the Service.
• IngressWard does not guarantee that all harmful, offensive, or malicious content will be blocked.
• IngressWard is not responsible for actions taken based on filtered or unfiltered content.

7. Data Processing & Storage

IngressWard may process and temporarily store prompt data for the purposes of:

• Filtering
• Normalization
• Abuse detection
• Service improvement

We do not sell your data.

8. Billing & Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees.
• Provide accurate billing information.
• Allow automatic renewal unless cancelled.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Enterprise plans may be subject to separate agreements.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, and updates may occur.

10. Intellectual Property

IngressWard, its code, branding, and systems are the property of IngressWard.

You retain ownership of your content.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse the Service.
• Your activity poses risk to the platform or others.

You may cancel your account at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IngressWard is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Misuse of filtered or unfiltered content

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IngressWard from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
